Success Stories Shared at Springfield’s Biennial Community Focus Report
It happens once every two years when the top brass of Springfield come together to hear the status of how the Queen City is doing.
On Tuesday the Community Focus Report was released.
It highlighted areas the city needs to work on as “Red Flags” and areas that are thriving as “Blue Ribbons.”
