Career-Tech Training Brings New Opportunities to LRSD Students

The Little Rock School District’s new EXCEL program has expanded its career-tech offerings to include innovative educational opportunities, doubling enrollment from the previous school year, according to a news release presented at Saturday’s Victory Over Violence press event.

EXCEL, under the umbrella of Careers for Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS), is a high school program which operates multiple career strands for 11th and 12th grade students at LRSD. EXCEL puts students one step closer to reaching their dreams by providing real and relevant learning experiences.
